1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Makeup products (if opened or used)

• Personal care items

• Undergarments or intimate wear

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at the email above.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
